The Intel® Wireless drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your system since they do not contain the customizations done by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). In reference to your question, we always recommend to install the Wireless drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since those drivers were customized by them work with your specific platform.
